- An invite-only launch party for Rockabilly Top 100, for Creators.
- What LVRP did
- RSVP site, invites, door gifting, email campaigns and a Creator program with a personal code for each Creator. Then the site became a shop with code LVRP.

- General contracting, permitting, architecture, design and build: architect hire and plan submission, GC supervision and total construction tracking.

- About 4 weeks of permits and about 4 weeks of construction. Opened Nov 2017.
